The Crysta-Plus M is suitable to measure a wide range of applications from a simple dimension to complex form. The scale systems on Mitutoyo high-precision models utilizes a high-performance linear encoder (manufactured by Mitutoyo), for detecting axis position. In addition, various technologies have been utilized in the structure, part processing, and assembly to provide high accuracy measurement.
The Crysta-Plus M700 series has a large main unit, and is equipped with a mobile clamp so that one-touch clamping on each axis can be performed by hand. Continuous fine feed over the entire measuring range can be performed.

—An Profile Projector is a device that applies the principles of optics to the inspection of manufactured parts. —It’ is employed for inspecting and comparing very small and complex parts, which play very significant role in system’s structure, as an application of quality. It —can reveal imperfections such as burrs, scratches, indentations or undesirable chamfers which both micrometers or calipers can’t reveal.

—They’re able to measure in 2-D space. Unlike micrometers and calipers, which measure one dimension at a time, where comparators measure length and width simultaneously.

Mitutoyo Surftest SV 400 has been designed for fast and easy testing of surface roughness parameters. High precision and high performance type surface roughness tester with a dedicated control unit, achieving user-friendly display and simple operation. It has the most precise and rapid surface measurements, not only in the laboratory but under the arduous conditions of the production line.

Roundness is defined as a condition of a surface of revolution where all points of the surface intersected by any plane perpendicular to a common axis in case of cylinder and cone are equidistant from the axis. Roundness tester has a high rotational accuracy of the unit’s turntable enables measurement of roundness.
